1. Order Processing Time

We typically process orders within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Business days = Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders that require customization, special handling, or restocking may take longer; if so, we’ll note it on the product page.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship from our facility in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing

Delivery timeframes begin after an order leaves our warehouse. Carrier delays, weather, and holiday surges can extend delivery a bit — we wish we controlled the weather, but alas.

We currently ship to U.S. residential and commercial addresses. Some remote locations may require extra transit time.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service speed.

If we ever offer free shipping thresholds (e.g., “Free shipping over $100”), they’ll be clearly stated on the website.

Heavy or oversized shipments may incur additional charges. If that happens, we’ll contact you before shipping.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details.

If your tracking info doesn’t arrive within 48 hours of shipment, or the carrier’s status looks suspiciously like it took a detour to Jupiter, feel free to reach out.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and some remote regions may have limitations or require specific shipping methods.

  • We do not take responsibility for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

6. International Shipping

If and when we offer international shipping, duties, taxes, and import fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.
These charges vary by country and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

Please check your order upon delivery. If something arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate and resolve it quickly.

If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you can’t find it, we’ll work with you to address the issue, but carriers consider those packages successfully delivered.

Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require the customer to pay additional reshipping costs.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us before it ships — once it’s on the truck, it’s officially out in the wild.

Address changes after shipping may incur a carrier fee.
