SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION
1. Orders will be shipped within the USA via the United Stated Post Office, UPS, or FedEx. International shipments will be shipped via FedEx.
2. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery, although most orders are shipped within 2 weeks. All products are custom, so workload and other factors regulate production time. All orders will shipped as soon as physically possible.

NOTE: Some items, pursuant to their weight or breakable nature, may require extra shipping charges. These items will be identified in their catalog description. Split shipments will require the above shipping rate for each address. All shipping must be paid in US currency prior to shipping. Orders shipped outside of the United States of America will be charted double the above listed rates, and will be shipped the "best way"
We will not be responsible for any duty, tariffs or taxes on any international orders.
RETURN POLICY
If an item in your order is defective, we will replace it with the exact item (if it is still available), when returned within 15 days of shipment. The item will be shipped postage paid, and we will issues you a credit for the actual shipping cost, to return the item to us, once we receive the returned item.
Everything we offer is guaranteed 100%, to be as described.
If you wish to return an item because you ordered the wrong size, style or design, we will be happy to exchange the item, but you must pay the shipping cost for the exchange! The item must still be new, having never been worn, soiled, laundered or damaged in any way. To qualify for exchange, all items must be made within 15 days!
Shipping, packing and handling fees are not refundable, unless Screen Play, Inc has made an error!
Closeout items and discontinued items are not subject to return or exchange. All sales are final on these items!
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards for all internet orders.
All shipments within the state of Tennessee will be charged sales tax at the rate of 9.25% (subject to change) pursuant to Tennessee state law.
Purchases will be processed on your credit card statement as: Paid to Screen Play, Inc.
